The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
Job Description
As a Robotics Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, debugging, acceptance, technical support, and continuous improvement of industrial robots and related peripheral equipment in the plant. You will support robot systems after project delivery, analyze technical abnormalities, develop corrective and error-prevention measures, and cooperate with related departments to ensure stable, safe, and efficient automated production operation.
Responsibilities
Install, commission, debug, test, and support the acceptance of industrial robots and related peripheral equipment after arrival at the plant.
Provide technical support for robot systems after project delivery, including troubleshooting, parameter adjustment, teaching, programming, and production support.
Analyze robot-related abnormalities, identify root causes, develop technical rectification plans, define error-prevention measures, and supervise their implementation.
Support robot online and offline simulation, programming, teaching, debugging, and optimization activities to improve robot performance and production efficiency.
Cooperate with automation, electrical, mechanical, production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure proper connection, communication, and debugging between robots, PLCs, peripheral equipment, and production systems.
Comply with and implement the company’s information security management system, internal procedures, operational standards, and safety requirements, and report any information security violations or risks.
Participate in continuous improvement activities related to robot systems and complete other job-related tasks assigned by the direct superior.
Requirements
Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Automation, Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Relevant professional experience in robotics technology, robot system installation, commissioning, debugging, teaching, programming, or production support is preferred.
Fluent English language skills are required; Chinese and Hungarian language knowledge is an advantage.
Knowledge of Robcad robot online/offline simulation and programming, Fanuc and KUKA robot systems, robot control systems, robot–PLC signal communication, robot controller programming, pneumatic control, and robot peripheral equipment connection and debugging.
Responsible, precise, proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented personality with good communication, coordination, teamwork, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement skills.
