Our company is looking for a new colleague for the position of Senior Process Engineer, who would like to work in a stable workplace and become part of a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Drive the development of new products and production processes, from initial planning and design through to implementation.
  

• Explore and test new processes, technologies and materials, supporting the successful launch and trial production of new products.
  

• Work closely with production teams to identify and solve process-related challenges, improve efficiency, production flow and product quality.
  

• Contribute to the development and improvement of production processes and working methods, ensuring they are clear, effective and continuously updated.
  

• Lead continuous improvement and lean projects in the workshop, working with different departments to implement practical solutions and achieve better results.
  

• Share technical knowledge and support training and knowledge development within the team.
  

• Play an active role in improving production efficiency, quality and overall workshop performance.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above;

• Major: relevant major in Mechanical Engineering;

• Work experience: more than 3 years of relevant work experience;

• Knowledge and skills: Familiar with power products and automotive structures, with experience or knowledge related to motors, electric drives, or engines in the new energy vehicle industry; understand their basic working principles and have experience using CAD, UG or other drawing software;

• Active thinking, decisive action, strong communication skills, and a spirit of teamwork;

• Language requirements: Fluency in English or Hungarian, which can be used as a working language.
