Our company is looking for a new colleague for the position of General Assistant, who would like to work in a stable workplace and become part of a great team!
Responsibilities:
* Collect and review material plans, create material codes and prepare technical documents.
* Maintain material master data, place orders, track order status, and manage asset numbers.
* Maintain material records, including monthly order tracking, new material lists, and outstanding items.
* Handle abnormal orders, plan changes, material ordering, and project application processes.
* Manage material and asset receiving, warehousing, and departmental material usage records.
* Submit and follow up on payment, access rights, and other OA processes.
* Support daily administrative and coordination tasks within the department.
Requirements:
* English can be used as a working language. Chinese language is a plus.
* Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
* Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and good at follow-up and coordination.
* Experience in material management, procurement, supply chain, or administration is preferred.
